I believe that being human is a practice and that we all need support. I founded Next Generation Wellness Group because I am passionate about creating a space where people can heal, grow, and thrive. I am dedicated to building a team of skilled professionals who provide compassionate behavioral health services and innovative Ketamine-Assisted Therapy to support your well-being.
My interest in the mind body connection began in high school, when a psychology teacher introduced mindfulness and meditation. That experience gave me a sense of inner safety I had never felt before, and it gently shaped the path I would follow. I went on to study psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Johnson University, and completed my doctorate in Counseling at Mississippi State University in 2008.
Over time, I felt called beyond traditional approaches and into more holistic and integrative healing. Through my own hypnotherapy and inner work, I experienced deep personal and spiritual transformation. Today, I hold space for others to heal, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and trust in their own inner wisdom.
