Physical Therapy Services

Every individual we treat is different, so we create customized care plans designed around your unique needs. With dedicated one-on-one sessions, our experienced therapists focus on helping you recover efficiently and return to the activities you love.

Muscle Energy Technique

This gentle and subtle approach requires you to use just 2 lbs of force, contracting your muscles to improve joint mobility. Reduce pain, balance muscle tone, stretch tight muscles, strengthen weak muscles, improve circulation and mobilize your joint restrictions.

Myofascial Release

Gentle engagement of the tissue to allow for release. This can be extremely gentle or can get very deep, depending on patient needs. Reduce soreness, improve tissue recovery, increase blood flow, improve joint range of motion, and decrease the effects of stress on the body.

Services Offered

Our treatments are designed to meet each patient exactly where they are in their recovery journey—whether elite athlete or weekend warrior—creating a safe, structured environment for physical restoration, functional strength, and long-term vitality.

Joint Mobilization

External force from the therapist to increase joint mobility and range of motion. Reduce pain and improve the quality of the joint movement.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

A light touch therapy to assist the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid, allowing for optimal neurological healing. Relieve tension in the central nervous system (CNS) to promote a feeling of well-being, eliminate pain, and boost health and immunity.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PT) is a specialized form of physical therapy that focuses on the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support the pelvic organs (bladder, uterus/prostrate and rectum). These muscles play a crucial role in bladder and bowel control, sexual function, core stability, and support during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)

Neuromuscular re-education using a stretching technique to rapidly improve muscle elasticity and range of motion. Improve athletic performance, increase flexibility, and improve muscular strength.

Exercise Education

Learn how to do exercises properly at home to continue to make gains independently. Between-session exercises help you return to the activities you love more quickly. Ongoing exercises reduce the risk of re-injury and support continuous improvement.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is not acupuncture. It is a treatment using an acupuncture needle to release tight tissues. Fast and effective.

Cupping

We use plastic cups that suction the tissue into the cup and then drag lightly to release tissues and toxins.

Visceral Mobilization

A manual therapy consisting of gentle, specifically placed manual forces that encourage normal mobility, tone, and inherent tissue motion of the viscera, their connective tissue, and other areas of the body where physiologic motion has been impaired.
