I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education and Special Education and have extensive experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Skills Trainer (BST). I utilize evidence-based therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help individuals develop practical strategies to manage emotions, build coping skills, and improve overall well-being.
